Join Bri, owner of Vegan Eats with Bri, to discuss the purpose of food, the benefits of plant-based nutrition, learn how to read nutritional labels and try plants prepared 10 different ways that you can incorporate at home. The purpose of this event is to help you build a better relationship with plants. Bri will provide an interactive presentation and there will be a group discussion and Q&A!
