What services are offered?

Vegan Eats with Bri offers vegan "pop ups" featuring creative and delicious cooked vegan food. The menu options are announced via social media and on the website. Customers may pre-order on the website and pick up at Parsley's Kitchen. Bri also offers catering services, an online store that has over 30 vegan food, beverage & dessert items for order and plant-based coaching.

How does ordering on the online store work?

Online orders can be placed anytime. Once an order is placed, Bri will contact you to coordinate the best pick up day and time. Some items are available or same day or next day pick up. 

How often are pop-ups hosted?

Pop ups are generally hosted once per month and sometimes twice per month. All pop ups must be pre-ordered in advance and picked up on the pop-up day. Contact Bri if you need flexibility with pick up time. 

How do I order catering?

To order catering, there is a 10-person minimum. Review the catering menu and pick the desired items. Contact Bri via email with your menu and a quote will be provided. Depending on the catering amount, a contract may be required to move forward. A 50% deposit is due upon signing of the contract and the remaining amount is due 30 days before the event. If you are within 2 weeks of the event, the full amount will be due once the quote is provided. 

Is the 21 day plant based reset available?

Unfortunately, the program has been discontinued at this time and is unavailable for preorder

Is there a refund policy?

At Vegan Eats with Bri, we want to give our customers the best experience. We work hard to provide the best customer service and the best quality food. Because of this, there is a no refund policy for pop ups once your order has been received unless you notify Bri within 48 hours of the date of service. You may use the amount paid for a future pop up or for equal value on the online store. 

 

For catering, a cancellation policy will be provided when the quote is provided or when the contract is signed.

 

Online store items cannot be refunded. The date for pick up can be changed if necessary. 

Can I customize my meals?

The catering menu is customizable. If you have vegan food items you desire, contact Bri to get a quote on that item. Pop up meals and online store items may be customizable depending on the request. Please contact Bri if you have a request. 

What if I am not available during pick up hours?

Customers should try to make every effort to pick up the food on time on the designated pick-up days. Should something come up and you are unable to pick up, please let Bri know and she will be happy to accommodate.

Are there any food allergies in the 21 day plant based reset?

How does the plant based coaching work?

Those interested need to schedule a free consultation on the plant based coaching page. You will find a link to a calendar where you can select the best time that may work for you. In the consultation, we will discuss your unique situation and needs and develop a plan of action to move forward. Logistics ad cost will be discussed in the consultation. 

Yes. The major allergens used in products are soy, tree nuts and peanuts. The allergens for each dish are listed in the menu description. If you have any of these allergies, please contact me to see if we can accommodate whatever your need may be.

Do you deliver?

Vegan Eats with Bri does not deliver right now. We hope to eventually offer these services but pick up is the only option right now.
