Raw Vegan Key Lime Pie

A raw vegan version of the classic key lime pie. The tangy citrus filling is made with an avocado base and the crust is made with a  pecan/date base. Both are topped with a creamy cashew mixture.  No bake, vegan, gluten free deliciousness!
